What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping as standard on all our orders. We aim to dispatch every parcel within 5 working days - during busy periods this may be slightly longer. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through the email provided at checkout .

All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that is specified by you so please ensure that this is correct at checkout.
Currently orders can only be placed and delivered within the UK. As we are currently only able to ship within the UK, any orders placed outside of the UK will only be entitled to a refund value of 90% to cover the service charges and foreign exchange rates incurred when placing and automatically refunding the order.

Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns that are returned within 7days of purchase. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, we ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.
What happens if my item is faulty?
We hope that you will never have a problem with anything that you order from us, in the unlikely event that your item is faulty/damaged we will offer a full refund.
If your parcel is damaged we ask that you please email us straight away at [email protected] and provide photographic evidence so that we can process a claim, a refund cannot be processed without this .
